About Me
I am an actor/director/theatre maker and teaching artist originally from a small town in North Carolina, currently living in DC! In September of 2021, I graduated with a BFA in Drama and a minor in Child & Adolescent Mental Health Studies from New York University where I studied at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting.
Above all else, I am interested in art's ability to foster empathy. I think performance can be used as a kind of a rehearsal space - for performers and audience members alike - to practice empathizing with those unlike ourselves. A foundation of compassion and true understanding sets the stage for great change to come about in the world.
I also love to bake and write poetry, I aspire to write children's books one day, my comfort show is Bob's Burgers, and my labradoodle Lily is my absolute pride and joy.
